When posting ads for Cars, Property, Jobs, or Construction Services:

  • Accuracy: All listings must be truthful and describe the actual item or service for sale.
  • Prohibited Items: You may not post illegal goods, stolen property, or services that violate Kenyan law.
  • Duplicates: Multiple listings for the exact same item are not allowed.
  • Photos: Users must have the legal right to use the images they upload to the platform.

4. Membership and Payments

Kahustle offers specific subscription-based tiers for enhanced visibility.

  • Plans: We offer Silver (KSh 4,000) and Gold (KSh 6,750) membership plans.
  • Refunds: Payments for memberships and featured ads are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated.
  • Modifications: Kahustle reserves the right to change membership pricing with prior notice to active users.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kahustle is a marketplace. We connect buyers and sellers but are not involved in the actual transaction between parties.

  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site.

6. Safety and Fraud

Users are highly encouraged to follow our platform safety guidelines.

  • Never pay for a vehicle or property before conducting a physical inspection.
  • Kahustle is not liable for any fraudulent transactions conducted off-platform.
