We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will support the finance and administration department in day-to-day operations, data entry, record keeping, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting data entry and record updates
- Prepare invoices, quotations, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents
- Support bank reconciliations and supplier statement follow-up
- Assist in petty cash management and expense tracking
- Follow up on client payments and outstanding balances
- Support procurement records, purchase orders, and delivery documentation
- Handle office administration duties and general coordination
- Maintain spreadsheets and reports using Excel
- Provide support to the Finance Officer and management team
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Honest, responsible, and professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Odoo
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or trading environment
